This Privacy Policy explains how Vielendark (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects personal data in Vielendark Work, our internal work-management application at work.vielendark.com. Vielendark Work is a private tool used by our team and by clients we explicitly invite; it is not open for public sign-up.
Vielendark is the data controller for personal data processed in Vielendark Work. For any privacy question or request, contact us at darak@vielendark.com.
We collect only what is needed to run the application:
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use your Google account data for advertising. Data obtained from Google is used solely to provide and improve the sign-in and core features described here, consistent with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
Application data is hosted on our infrastructure providers, primarily Supabase (database, authentication, and file storage) and Vercel (application hosting), with servers located in the European Union. These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and data-processing terms.
We keep your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. When an account or workspace is removed, the associated personal data is deleted or anonymized within a reasonable period, except where we must retain it to meet legal obligations.
Depending on your location (including under the EU GDPR), you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email darak@vielendark.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above.
